In my wills and estate administration practice, I work with individuals and couples who want to plan for the orderly distribution of assets upon death. I help clients understand the different strategies available and prepare the documents necessary to implement effective estate plans, including wills, living wills (health care directives) and powers of attorney. I also work with executors and administrators of estates to find creative solutions that avoid costly litigation in the case of a will contest.
In my divorce practice, I work with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions to disagreements regarding alimony and the division of marital property. I do not handle child custody and visitation litigation, but have a network of experienced attorneys to whom I refer these matters.
Though the focus of my practice is estate matters and family law, I also represent individuals and businesses in contract disputes and collections matters.
